Shipping:
- All shipments are prepay and add via Regular Ground Service or we can use a provided shipping account number.
- Sterile shipping is typically the same day if we receive your order prior to 4:00 PM EST and Non-Sterile orders ship within 1-5 business days.
- A variety of special shipping methods are available upon request

Terms:
- Payment due Net 30 days from invoice date.
Return and Exchange Policy:
- No return will be accepted without a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number received from Preferred Medical Products
- Returns will be allowed up until 90 days of invoice
- Custom items are not normally returnable, however, if another customer purchases the item then it may be returned
- A minimum 15% restocking fee will be applied to any return received by Preferred Medical Products. Items must be returned in their original shipping packaging. No credit will be issued for non-restockable items.
- Any return due to the fault of Preferred Medical Products will be replaced or credited in full, including freight charges. In this event, a call tag will be issued.
- Customer will be liable for return freight and original shipping freight on any return due to low usage, overstock, etc.
